I am delighted to welcome your interest in Saint Nicholas School and I hope that this website will give you an insight into life at the School.

I appreciate the importance you attach to selecting the right school for your son or daughter; childhood is something which can be experienced only once. With this in mind, and the belief that children learn best when they feel happy and secure we aim to develop in our pupils a lifelong interest in learning - one which encompasses the full range of intellectual, cultural, artistic and sporting achievements of our society.

At Saint Nicholas we believe in individual care and attention. Visitors to the school are impressed, as I am sure you will be, by the friendly, positive attitude of the pupils and their energetic sense of purpose. The staff are caring and understanding, yet know the importance of effort and personal discipline in enabling pupils to achieve the highest academic standards.

This website aims to provide you with the information you need to assist you in making the best choice for your son or daughter. It can be no substitute, however, for a personal visit to the school to see for yourself what an ideal environment Saint Nicholas offers in which to learn, develop and grow.
